The Historical Preservation Committee is dedicated to safeguarding and honoring the legacy of the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines. Our mission is to collect, preserve, and share the stories, experiences, artifacts, and records that define our unit's distinguished history. By capturing these critical memories, we ensure future generations of Marines, their families, and supporters can fully appreciate and understand the sacrifices, courage, and camaraderie that shaped the battalion.
